Cymraeg Group is a family business that has been trading for 38 years. We have built a diverse portfolio of customers and have moved in to both the catering and retail sectors. Due to the expansion of our company we are looking for a Barista in our Nangraw Coffee shop, Serving drinks, making sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, salads, buffet and serving Customers.

**The Person** Following the initial training period, you will need to be self-motivated and well organised with a polite manor. We expect all our staff to take ownership of their duties with an attitude of whatever it takes You will need to be a people person, driving and motivating yourself to achieve the highest possible standards within the industry and contribute towards an environment of exceptional customer service where going the extra mile is the norm.

**Job Role** Your role will be to manage a busy site in Nantgraw, The coffee shop is open 5/6 days a week, you will be : - opening and closing, preparing drinks, serving customers, making sandwiches, hot meals, Paninis, salads etc cleaning, and filling out your daily paper work. You will need to be able to cost out your meals, Design weekly food and drink specials, prepare buffets at little and no notice, You will need to be able to work on your own in quite periods, to train and maintain staff levels, stock ordering, stock rotating etc.

You will need to have a catering background and a minimum of 5 years experience, full training will be given., Level 2/3 Food hygiene would be a benefit. If you feel you are the right person and would like to join our us, and then please contact us.

Due to Covid the coffee shop is closed until further notice but we are expecting to open shortly, training will be done in our Cardiff branch.

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£22,169.85 per year
