**Machine Learning Lead**

£95,000 - £100,000 + Bonus

**The Role**:
Harnham is working with a well-known tech company in the UK that want to hire a Machine Learning Lead to join and build a team of Data Scientists, dedicated to using machine learning to improve several business areas.

The scope of the role is extremely broad, offering the chance to come in and deliver impact across recommendations, marketing, customer behaviour (among others).

You will be the voice for machine learning within the company and responsible for helping to build a data science strategy, involving identifying key projects to deliver quick value and impact.

The company has huge amounts of data to work with, some 20mn + customers there

**You**:

- Experience in leading a team of data scientists / machine learning experts
- Experience in delivering successful applied machine learning projects that have delivered business value
- The ability to engage with senior stakeholders from a non-technical background.

**Salary**:
In this role you can earn between £05,000 - £100,000 + benefits
