Welder/fitter

**Welders**

To undertake a variety of welding activities to support the manufacturing facility.

The successful welder will join an experienced team and their main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Following engineering plans, drawings, and instructions.
- Welding both steel and aluminium.
- Operating tools, machinery, and welding equipment.
- Cleaning tools, equipment, and work areas.
- To be considered for the Welder role you must be a self-start. In addition, the following key skills and experience are essential:

- Demonstrable experience as a Sheet Metal Worker/Welder/Fabricator.
- Experience working with steel, aluminium, and sheet metal.
- Ability to TIG and MIG weld.
- Able to read engineers drawings.
- Good attention to detail.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety.

**Salary**: From £13.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Grantham, NG31 6JE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Fabrication: 1 year (preferred)
