**WE ARE RECRUITING for a trainee Recruitment Consultant for our growing team in Wimbledon**

**Starting salary while qualifying £14k - £16k + bonuses. First qualified year OTE £45k.**

Here at ABLE Staffing, we are a specialist recruitment agency working within the Early Years, Education, and Healthcare industries. Established in 2014 Able Staffing started solely focusing on permanent recruitment for Early Years. Over the years we have built great relationships and decided to open a temporary division to supply to our existing clients. In 2018 Able Staffing then ventured into Healthcare and Education, although we may be new to these fields our consultants are not In each individual team, there is over 10 year’s recruitment experience We use the experience and knowledge of our staff to target these industries to ensure we can offer exceptional service in areas which we have first-hand expertise.

**What we are looking for**
- A very organized individual with good attention to detail
- Someone who has an ability to multitask and able to adapt to a wide range of responsibilities with ease
- You will be someone who is driven, ambitious, and have the hunger for continued success
- Strong IT Skills, proficiency in MS software, and a willingness to learn how to use our CRM database efficiently
- You will be someone who can work well independently

**Some of your duties will include**
- Advertising job vacancies

**In return, you will receive extensive training and an accredited administration qualification as part of the government Apprenticeship program.**

Pay: £14,000.00-£16,000.00 per year
