**Hours**: 37.5 Hours per week

**The Role**:
Are you an enthusiastic individual keen to kick start your administration or Project Management career in a busy Projects department? An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic & organised person to join our bustling Projects team in the role of Project Administrator. Working within a busy Projects Team you will be integral in supporting the successful delivery of a range of IT Projects. The role will include coaching and training opportunities to help you build your experience and reach your full potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling telephone enquiries
- Running a weekly Projects Report and completing updates
- Scheduling Pro-active Maintenance Visits and Project works
- Diary management
- Travel & Hotel Booking
- Completing Logs relating to Project Works
- Managing a delivery log for all Project Works hardware
- Minute taking at Project related meetings
- Recruitment Administration on behalf of the Engineering Team
- Supporting Project Manager with the preparation of floor plans, hospitality quotes and proposals
- Liaising with hospitality suppliers and distributors to help prepare solution quotations
**About you**:

- Strong knowledge of using MS Office

- GCSE grade 4/ C or above or equivalent in maths and English
