**What we’re looking for**
We are looking for a **Support Worker** who is:

- Qualified with NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care
- Kind, compassionate, and patient, with a genuine passion for working with young people
- Driven by the desire to help young people overcome adversity and thrive
- Able to deliver individualised care that focuses on positive outcomes

**Key responsibilities**
- Building strong, positive relationships with the child, their family, and all professionals involved in their care
- Offering dedicated support to children with disabilities and/or challenging behaviour, ensuring their needs are met
- Maintaining detailed, accurate records and promptly reporting any concerns to the appropriate parties
- Ensuring that best practice is consistently implemented across all areas of the care package
- Supporting personal care routines, encouraging independence, and engaging the child in meaningful activities
- Demonstrating a genuine commitment to improving the life and future of the young person

**Experience**:

- Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)
