**Role title**:FREELANCE CONTENT CREATOR

**Summary**:
We are looking to refresh and rebrand our website & social media for 2025. We are looking for freelance content creator who understands our new vision. Who is able to produce high level still and video imagery for both social media & website use.

It is essential this person understands the vintage market, the vintage fashion aesthetic and has a high level of skill in photography & videography.

The role of content creator is an important one, with Thrifted largely being a digital business and social media platforms pushing high quality video content as a priority across feeds and advertising.

**2025 Refresh**:
We are looking to start 2025 by refreshing our website and socials.

New imagery styling summary:

- **Workwear Aesthetic**: Incorporating hardwearing denim & canvas worker jackets, carpenter pants, all at various levels of distress.
- **Washed out**: Focus on faded washes, worn textures, and relaxed fits to capture the vintage feel. Softness of fabric and washes to match natural light and tone.
- **Layering and Textures**: Layer pieces like grey reverse weave hoodies, varsity jackets, and textured knitwear to achieve a vintage, but contemporary look.
- **Add contemporary flare** include staple trend pieces
- **Feel of Imagery**: Utilizes warehouse, and clean industrial backdrops, paired with natural lighting and a relaxed, effortless styling approach that reflects American vintage.

**What does that mean in terms of tasks and expected responsibilities?**

**Overall**:
**Social & Website content**
- Help develop strategy for what content should be made
- Create & edit stills + video content on a weekly basis to upsell product and different elements of the brand
- Deliver close to daily content - from both still imagery and video reels

**Photoshoots**:

- Plan & manage both small & large scale photoshoots
- Provide content for website and social

**Advert content**
- Work to Thrifted specification in creating content for digital advertising. Such as:

- Unboxing videos
- Style & Fit videos
- Come up with new ideas for digital adverts

**Marketing Admin**:
**Social admin**:

- Manage comments & messages
- Communicate any concerns with customer service team
- Schedule regular posts across all channels - Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook

**Budget admin**
- Manage marketing budget across freelance creators, photoshoots and other content requirement

**Who are we looking for?**

Must have:

- An understanding of the vintage clothing fashion / market
- Experience with social media
- High skill level in content creation
- An understanding of DSLR and studio based photography

Nice to have:

- Drivers licence
- Worked in vintage before

**Working terms**:
**Hours**:

- Likely hybrid and days required according to freelancers current working schedule.

**Location**:

- Hybrid working - split between:

- Warehouse days - at the warehouse in Essex
- Working from home days
- Location days
- Location of work will be based on the role requirement that week.

**Pay**
- £28,000 - £35,000 - full time. Any working hours organised below 5 days a week will be paid pro rata.
