**About you and the role**

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service. You will be responsible for managing a section of the restaurant, overseeing service from start to finish, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to high standards will be essential in this role.
- Welcome and seat guests, providing menus and offering detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met.
- Monitor and anticipate guest needs, providing attentive and personalised service.
- Assist with table setting, clearing, and resetting throughout service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless and timely service.
- Have great communication with all staff and guests alike
- Genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
- Restaurant experience desirable
- Knowledge of PMS & EPOS systems desirable
