Administrative Co-ordinator-hmp Lowdham Grange

**Job title**: Administrative Co-ordinator (6-9 Fixed Term Contract)
**Location**: HMP Lowdham
**Salary**: Between £20,000- £22,000 per annum
**Working hours**: Contract, Full-Time, 40 hours a week
As the Administrative Co-ordinator your key accountabilities will include:

**To produce letters relating to Attendance Management from the attendance management report, or at the request of the People Hub Manager.**
*
- To take minutes in attendance management meetings where needed.
- To become a vetting contact point, and process security clearances for new and existing staff, and liaise with the People Hub Manager regarding start dates, and processing them accordingly through the training programmes.
- To produce daily attendance management report to send out to all Line Managers.
- To coordinate actions from the daily absence management report and delegate to Line Managers, ensuring these are completed.
- To book all Occupational Health appointments for employees.
- To report any long term/complex absence management cases to the People Hub Manager, and administer any letters/files regarding these if requested.
- To coordinate the PCO Assessment days liaising with the recruitment team at MYHR.
- To produce the month end reports in the absence of the People Hub Manager.
- To input the monthly payroll, and process any queries and advance payments.
- To attend any employment relation meetings and provide administrative support, including disciplinary and grievance hearings.
- To be involved in ensuring that the establishment is covered via Central Detail to staffing requirements.
- To be involved where necessary in the processing and recording of all annual leave, TOIL and overtime for the establishment.
- To take morning meeting minutes if requested to cover annual leave/sickness.

What you need to do the job**
**You must have strong computing skills including the use of Word processing, Excel Spreadsheets, databases and specialist data storage and reporting platforms. You should be well organised and have the ability to prioritise workloads. You should possess good team working ethic and good interpersonal skills. Lastly, you should have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.**
