Location - Based within our Beardmore Street Office in Clydebank, however regular travel across our West of Scotland offices in Glasgow City and Falkirk will be required.

Clece Care Services are looking for an experienced, passionate and knowledgeable Trainer to deliver comprehensive Induction, Refresh and specialised training to new and existing members of our Care Team.

As Clece’s Regional Trainer you will lead the delivery of our Induction training, supporting new team members at the start of the Care journey and ensuring an ongoing first class training programme. As standard you will also have GDPR responsibilities, ensure the training plan is kept up to date and current for all team members and support the development of clinical care/care practice as appropriate.

Working closely with our Head of Governance and Operations Director, our Regional Trainer will help develop and implement an engaging training plan across all care and office based colleagues. Relationships between you and our Service Managers will be key in delivering a measureable and successful training plan.

We are looking for someone with a good level of Microsoft and computer skills, you should be proficient in use of Care Management packages and specific training in our own systems will be given. You should feel comfortable collating training data to populate reports and presentations and be able to confidently contribute to development of policies and procedures.

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Training: 1 year (preferred)
- Health and Social Care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 3 Teaching and Learning Qualification (preferred)
- Moving and Handling Trainers Qualificaiton (preferred)
