We are looking for a Motorad Cover Driver to work in a 45 hours per week duel role partly in the BMW Motor Bike delivery as holiday and sickness cover and partly in The Car Movement role

The **Motorad Sales Driver/Rider & General Assistant **is responsible for servicing the BMW Motorad Sales department from Battersea and Park Lane site. You are required to provide a 5-star service in all aspects of duties requested, be versatile & flexible in your approach. Have a good knowledge of Motorcycles & a passion for the BMW product.

**Key responsibilities**
- To receive delivery of New & Used Motorcycles to Park Lane site, complete an appraisal of each vehicle & report any damages to the Sales Manager & store in the designated area with Q Park.
- Key management - Ensure these are tagged on arrival & added to the BMW tracker system.
- Assist Sales team in stocking showroom & vehicle displays
- Assist in the preparation of vehicles prior to delivery to the customer, which could include minor repairs, detailing, fitting of accessories.
- To move vehicles around the business as requested by the sales team, completing an appraisal using designated software prior to movement & on completion on each occasion.
- To deliver vehicles to the end customer, using the van provided. Ensuring loads are secured to not damage the load & ensure the safety of the load, ensuring loads do not exceed the load capacity of the delivery vehicle.
- Complete a daily VDC appraisal of the deliver vehicle to ensure it is in a Road worthy condition. Top up fluids as required & report any defects or damage.
- Interact with the end user in a professional & efficient manner to familiarise them with the features of the vehicle upon delivery.
- There may be a requirement to take the van home over night, the applicant would need off road parking.
- To provide excellent customer service to ensure your standards meet with the BMW Brand expectations
- Escalate any issues to the IT Fleet Contract Manager

**Salary**: £26,910.00 per year
