**Role Overview**:
As a Team Leader, you will oversee a team of marketing and sales associates, managing in-person sales campaigns, events, and customer interactions. You will be responsible for ensuring the team meets its sales targets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving overall team performance. This role offers a blend of hands-on sales work and management responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys a challenge and leading by example.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Oversee and participate in face-to-face customer interactions, ensuring that all customer experiences are positive and productive, leading to successful sales conversions.
- Manage marketing events and retail sales campaigns, ensuring that displays are set up correctly, team members are well-prepared, and objectives are clearly communicated.
- Track and report on team performance, analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to improve results and maintain high levels of motivation within the team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, collaborating with senior management to align team objectives with overall company goals.
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching to team members, ensuring their development and growth within the company.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding, assisting with the hiring and training of new sales associates as needed.
- Engage with customers directly, building long-term relationships and acting as a role model for excellent sales and customer service techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- Must be available for full-time work, including evenings and weekends as needed for events and customer engagements.
- Must not have applied for any Imperial Consulting roles in the past 30 days.
- Understanding that we do not do digital marketing—our focus is entirely on face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to set, track, and achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
