**37.5 per week, Monday - Friday**

We're recruiting for **Receptionist/ Administrator **to join the Kinnerton team, based our Fakenham (Norfolk) site, working within our fantastic chocolate factory.

As a **Receptionist/ Administrator** at Kinnerton, you will join our brilliant HR team Based right at the front of the site, you will work in a customer-facing role, engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, as well as completing various administrative tasks to a high standard. This role would suit someone looking to progress into an full time Administrative/HR role.

**Key Responsibilities...**
- To oversee all reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors and providing a professional service, acting as first point of contact to internal and external stakeholders, including auditors
- Maintaining and updating our internal systems such as our electronic sign in system and holiday log in line with company policy
- Ensuring that all post is processed and monitored efficiently
- Booking couriers
- Support the HR team with general administrative tasks and projects
- Ordering of stationery and water & identifying, communicating cost saving initiatives
- Raising purchase orders and requisitions for purchases
- Unexpected absence form and return to work administration (all departments)
- Issuing of company clock cards/ finger print scanning
- File holiday forms and acknowledge declined holidays.
- Updating the health and safety board
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
- Management of visitor shoe cupboards
- Ensure that the reception manual is always kept up to date including the fire evacuation procedure
- Issuing of off-site parking permits for new starters and annual renewals

The ideal **Receptionist/ Administrator** would have the following skills and experience...

**Essential**:

- Customer service/customer facing experience
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Able to produce work, on time and to a high standard

**Desirable**:

- Previous reception and/or administration experience
- **Ability to assess processes and identify areas for improvement or streamlining**
