Children's Home Team Leader

We have full-time Team Leader opportunities for support workers to join our team in our children’s home in Neath. We aim to provide a nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported. If you have a passion for working with children who have not had the easiest start in life and are motivated enough to want to make a difference, then please get in touch.
Shifts will be a mix of days and nights and will compromise of three 12.20hrs shifts per week. We also run an on-call system where you will be on-call 3-4 times per month.
Team Leaders must have at least two years of experience in residential care.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour
**Benefits**:

Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
COVID-19 considerations:
Masks are to be worn at all times and twice weekly LFD testing is undertaken
**Experience**:
- Children's Support: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care Children and Young People (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
