At Timeless Tube, we specialise in forming and fabricating unique tubing for prestigious clients across a variety of sectors, including **rail (transport)**, **retail**, **luxury goods**, and **engineering projects**. Our innovative metalwork solutions have attracted both domestic and international clients, driving our recent expansion to meet increasing demand.
We are seeking an experienced **Sales Co-ordinator** to manage inbound sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and support our Managing Director in achieving sales and margin targets. You will play a key role in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to the growth of the business.
This position offers the opportunity to work **closely with the Managing Director**, gaining insight into high-level decision-making and strategy, while collaborating with other key team members across engineering, marketing, and production.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary contact for a range of clients, including engineers, fabricators, metal merchants, architects, designers, and private individuals.
- Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of clients from industries such as **rail (transport)**, **retail**, and **luxury goods**.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to drive business growth and meet sales/margin targets.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Work with suppliers to gather quotes for materials and services.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team on complex technical solutions for both technical and non-technical clients.
- Assist the Marketing Director in tendering for architectural and marine projects, providing content for pitches if required.
- Maintain and analyse the CRM database to optimise sales conversions and provide actionable insights.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and nurture ongoing relationships.
**Experience & Skills**:
- Proven track record in technical sales, with strong commercial awareness.
- Experience working in or selling to **rail (transport)**, **retail**, or other engineering-focused sectors (preferred).
- Excellent verbal, written, and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Customer-focused approach with exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Background in engineering or manufacturing (preferred).
- Enthusiasm for identifying and converting sales leads.

Pay: £25,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
