We are seeking an inclusive and strategic proactive leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results, whilst achieving personal targets. You will be an experienced marketing, communications and fundraising professional with a deep understanding of supporter engagement, who will demonstrate an innovative approach and have a proven track record of driving growth and transformation. You will also have relevant experience of successful change management with a thorough understanding of strategic marketing, brand positioning, and digital transformation at leadership level.
