Children's Residential Support Worker

**Job Type**: Part time
**Salary**: £25,000 per year, pro rata, including sleep in pay.
HFM Care are a new company, with a home in a semi-rural area of Esher, Surrey. The home offers a homely environment for young people aged between 11 and 18 years of age. We are looking for experienced support workers to join our team.
As a support worker you will be working alongside the deputy manager, and general managers to deliver outstanding care and support for young people who have been victims of C.S.E. and C.C.E, with associated trauma response behaviours and help them to flourish and make positive choices.
**Qualifications**:
- A level 3 diploma or NVQ in Health & Social Care would be advantageous.
- You would need to be willing to engage with the young people in a wide range of activities and support them through their time with HFM Care, while guiding towards independence and adulthood.
- You will need to be flexible with your working hours, being able to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends. It is also ideal that you hold a full UK driving licence.
