It is a people industry from dealing with clients to insurers and colleagues, you will interact with a diverse range of people.
Job Overview
An opportunity to join a female led office in Greenock. We are a fast growing company which prides itself on building strong relationships, providing support, being transparent at all times and adding value.
The role will include:
Taking client calls
Requesting updates on claims
Diary management
Process client payments
Load client details onto database
Assist the team in other administrative tasks
What skills will you learn:
An understanding of the financial services industry
Soft skills around communication, working with a team and independently
Scottish Vocation Qualification in Business Administration SCQF 6 or Financial Services Level 6
Progression to qualifications within the Chartered Insurance Institute
What Qualifications or Qualities are required
Qualities we are looking for are:
Willingness to learn
Friendly and enthusiastic
Good team player
Reliable
National 5 qualification advantageous but not essential. Basic computer skill essential.
