We operate in excess of 9 million sq. ft. of warehousing and operate a large modern commercial vehicle fleet, coupled with an extensive added value service offering.

We are currently looking for **MHE trained Warehouse Operatives **at our** site** in **Dagenham.**

**Job Description**:
**Shift Pattern**:

- 4ON 4OFF days and nights rotation shift - £13.00 - £13.40 per hour depending on experience.
- Mon-Fri earlies/lates/nights rotation shift - £12.50-£12.90 per hour depending on experience.
- Mon-Fri earlies & late rotation shift. - £12.00-£12.40 per hour depending on experience.
- Achieve and maintain the required level of work rate.
- Including but not limited to; Using Site WMS to Despatch, receive, marshall and put away stock
- Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers
- Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
- Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages.
- Maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
- Be polite and courteous to your colleagues, visitors and visiting drivers, and all other site staff.
- Be willing to undertake any other aspect of warehouse work like rework, restack and housekeeping
- Be aware of the BRC status of the site and the products that are stored and handled required compliance as per HACCP plan.
- Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment

**Qualifications**:

- FLT Licence essential - Counterbalance Licence and/or PPT experience.
- Good Standard of Literacy and Numeracy
- 2 years previous experience in a highly active warehouse
- Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment
- Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
