**Job Overview**
Robinsons established with the same Family for over 100yrs.,serving the local community for their purchases.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Maintain an organised and tidy shop environment, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
- Restock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Provide information about products and services, answering any customer queries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional displays and marketing initiatives.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- A friendly and approachable attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
