*Working Hours - Monday-Friday - 7:30am-4:30pm
*What you get in return - £41,000 + Progression, Overtime & Training
*Estimated Earnings - £55,000 per annum +
A well-established FM firm who are renowned for their staff retention and prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to work on one of their flagship contracts in the heart of west London.
This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Lead Mechanical Engineer to their team.
General works would include service & maintenance
This is a demanding contract in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
*Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the sites plant, equipment and services.
*Respond to Building Management System alarms and emergency repairs as needed.
*Issue and ensure appropriate controls within the permit to work systems.
*Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant.
*Compliance with and record keeping for quality management system, ensuring compliant logbooks are in place.
*Participation in the engineer call out rota.
*Organise and assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems.
*Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as required.
