**Project Coordinator - Telecoms**

**Leicester**

**What you will be doing**:
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join the team at Galliford Try.

You will join our Telecoms Business Unit, which works predominantly within the UK’s Critical National Infrastructure market, focussing on the Wireless and Fixed Line Telecoms, Defence, Energy and Transport sectors.

Ideally, you will be based in or around the Leicester area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the Region.

You will be an integral part of Project Delivery team, providing effective and efficient coordination support on telecoms and security projects across a number of disciplines including design, build and REC management.

In your role as Project Support Administrator, you will assist and support members of the telecoms/security design team (Design Manager/Design Authority) or build teams (Project Manager/Build Managers).

You will be responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to the highest standards, working closely with the Telecoms and Security business, responsible for project documentation such as handover documentation and progress reports, ensuring accurate record keeping on project tracking databases and reviewing documentation to ensure all relevant information is available.

You will be the first point of contact for our stakeholders, welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant person as well as arranging access to telecoms sites for site supervisors and surveyors.

You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity for the project, with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.
