**BASIC SALARY**: Up to £35,000

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Electronic Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer - RF, Radio, Test & Instrumentation

This is a site based Testing, Maintenance, Service, Commissioning Engineer role - working on RF / EMC equipment. You'll be joining a team of 4 - including an Engineer who is planning to retire this year. We're hiring now to make sure that there will be timefor a handover.

The role is based at our custom facility in Milton Keynes with very occasional trips to clients across the UK.

The majority of the day to day work is testing, calibration, servicing & repair of RF, Radio, Test and Measurement instrumentation. You'll also be heavily involved with the pre-commissioning and commissioning new equipment projects for customer specification.

Our products are a wide variety of RF / EMC equipment and instrumentation such as:

- RF and Microwave
- Radio Communications
- EMF Safety
- RF Shielding
- Power Electronics
- Test and Measurement

Our customers are from a wide variety of electronic / electrical business sectors covering communications, military, commercial, medical, automotive, aerospace, product compliance testing, research and educational markets.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**: Electronic Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer - RF, Radio, Test & Instrumentation
- HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or experience in an RF, Radio, Test and Instrumentation service capacity
- Understanding of RF, Radio, Test and Instrumentation equipment - this could be from experience or education
- Experience of testing / calibration
- Good electrical / electronic fault finding skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical / electronic drawing / schematics
