**We’re looking for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our Score Group team, on a 12 month fixed term basis, based at our offices in Peterhead.**

**About the role**
The HR Assistant will support the HR team with employee relations, managing COVID enquiries and medicals, coordinating the absence management process and the leavers process. They will also support the HR team with any administration as required.
**You and the role**
If you have experience supporting a HR function, have previously been involved with a variety of employee relation cases, have good attention to detail and an appreciation for confidentiality then we would love to hear from you.

Primary responsibilities
- Attending employee relation meetings, take minutes and provide all the associated paperwork
- Coordinate absence management process
- Manage the leavers process, conduct exit interviews
- Booking of medicals and Covid tests for travellers
- Responding to COVID enquires
- Update organisation charts
- Support the HR team with any administrative support as required
