P. C. Coaches of Lincoln are looking to recruit minibus drivers for our CallConnect contract which we operate in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council.

This position will be based at our outstation in Digby Fen working a two week shift pattern, with early shifts week one, afternoon shifts week two and every other Saturday.

CallConnect is a unique bus service whose timetable is not fixed and responds to passenger requests. This means its routes are different each day depending on the bookings made by passengers. Journey requests can be made by telephone or online.

The call connect service is designed to improve transport opportunities in rural communities. As well as market towns, where there is an infrequent conventional bus service.

Applicants must have no more than 6 points on their licence and will need to hold either:

- a Full Cat B licence to drive our 8 seater minibuses
- a Full Cat D or D1 licence with no code 101 restriction and a valid driver CPC card to drive our 14 or 16 seater minibuses
- All applicants will need to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate which the company will facilitate
