Care Team Supervisor and Coordinator

Lakeland Care & Support Services Limited is the leading provider of homecare services across Furness and Copeland.
We are looking for someone to support our homecare operations in a flexible and varied role.
Ideally you will have a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or a similar qualification. Minimum of a Level 2 Diploma
There is a mobile aspect to this role so you will need to have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for which mileage expenses will be paid.
**Job Role**
The role will be flexible and varied and include:
Some office duties which could involve preparation of staff rotas
Assessment of new clients and development of person-centred support plans
Client Reviews and ensuring client satisfaction.
Supporting staff to achieve high standards of performance including on the job training, supervision and mentoring
Quality monitoring
Some hands on care delivery to ensure you are well connected to the needs of both our clients and staff team
On call duties on a rotational basis for which an additional payment will be made

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
