Outwood Alternative Provision Eston places students at the centre of everything it does, with a focus on creating a culture of success, a positive climate for learning and increased student attainment, achievement and social and emotional development.

The centre is a collaborative provision between Outwood Academies Acklam, Bishopsgarth, Bydales, Normanby, Ormesby, Redcar and Riverside. The centre will be located on Burns Road, Eston in a modern building with excellent facilities.

Outwood Alternative Provision Eston is an innovative alternative provision centre, principally for students from Outwood Academies in the trust’s Northern Region (Tees Valley) who need additional behavioural, social, emotional or mental health support. In line with our absolute commitment to inclusion in its widest sense, this is an alternative provision for vulnerable students who display challenging behaviours and are often at risk of high levels of fixed-period exclusions or permanent exclusion..
