Client Services Executive

**Location: Huddersfield**
**Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm**
**Salary: Up to £30,013.51 per annum (depending on experience) and a quarterly bonus.**

**As a Client Services Executive, you will**:

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across your client portfolio.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Monitor service performance, analyse data, and produce KPI reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Support client retention and growth through proactive engagement and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational processes and deliver exceptional client experiences.

**About You**

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with:

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ideally have great excel skills but not essential.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- You’re a real ‘people person’ who can build trust and support at all levels across a wide network of departments, clients, and partners.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
- Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a client / customer services role.
