Here at Kingston College, we are looking to appoint a Lecturer to teach FE vocational courses related to education, learning and development.

A key focus of this role is to help the Head of Section ensure that your students meet and exceed their target grades. It’s also about providing a high-quality student experience and outstanding outcomes in learning and development. The role encompassesworking on teaching schemes, assessment schedules, student monitoring and observation in the workplace.

Hardworking and flexible, you’ll have high personal standards and expectations and the ability to support, motivate and empathise learners, including monitoring their progress. You’ll have an awareness of academic quality standards and experience of QA processes.
