**Service Controller - Warranties/Parts**
A great new role for a Service Controller - Warranties/Parts has come in for a multinational equipment manufacturer based in Sunderland to schedule maintenance whilst providing first class customer service.
**What will the right person look like?**
**What will you be doing?**
- Ensure regular maintenance of machines is carried out by Engineers
- Send correspondence to customers in a timely manner
- Communicate with Field Service Engineers to compile and prepare estimates for secondary work reported from services
- Ensures warranty/exchange and new parts are returned within a set time frame
- Raise sales orders and warranty orders
- Continually maintain close communication with Field Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers and customers to keep them advised of the progress of jobs and any outstanding work
**Hours/Salary/Benefits**
The Service Controller - Warranties/Parts will work 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Some occassional overtime may be required which may include Saturday mornings.
