We are looking for **Band 6 RMN/CPN’s **to work for at least 2 months in Essex working with the Mental Health Service.
The pay rate for this **Band 6 RMN/CPN’s **role is up to £24 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.
The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Job description:
Assessment of People with dementia in their own homes. The post holder carries responsibility for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for patients with dementia (or suspected dementia) who are within their own home a care home, nursing home or present within Colchester Hospital or within in EPUT.
