**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a CCTV Operator to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- A highly professional CCTV operator for Europe’s largest construction project.
- Oversee all site CCTV cameras across London.
- Ensure that all sites are always secure.
- Recognise any potential security vulnerabilities and escalate accordingly.
- Identify certain issues and/or incidents and know when to escalate or deal at a local level.
- Able to clearly communicate to senior management.
- Able to provide daily briefings to senior management, within the project, on day-to-day security operations.
- Escalate any equipment failures to the systems team.
- Compile reports for the oncoming operator.

**About You**:

- A CCTV License is essential.
- Experience in CCTV monitoring or control room.
- Experience in an Emergency Response control room is desirable.
- Strong communication & organisational skills.
- A highly motivated individual.
- Computer literate.
- High expectations of customer service delivery.
- Team player.
- Methodical.
- Punctual.
- Reliable.
