Talent84 are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor in Glasgow. If you have experience in Customer service advisory and would like to find a new position, please do consider reading.

As our new Service Advisor, you will join our friendly team which will see you working 5 days a week on a 2 week shift pattern which equates to 45 per week within our approved DAF dealership.

**Working hours**:

- **Week 1 Monday to Friday 7.00am - 16.30pm**:

- **Week 2 Monday to Friday 7.30am - 17.00pm**

**Your main duties may include, but are not limited too**:

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting in daily planning of vehicles
- Scheduling services for customers and dealing with customer queries

This is a **fast paced job** that will require you to meet the needs of commercial vehicle customers locally, regionally and nationally.

**Skill requirements**:

- Understanding of motor trade
- High level of customer service
- Driving license
- Good communication skills
