**Associate Partner Investment Consultant**

This is a hybrid working role with flexibility to work both virtually and from a range of Aon office locations including London, Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds and Edinburgh.

**What the day will look like**
As an Associate Partner Investment Consultant, you will own key client relationships and deliver advice predominantly to defined benefit pension schemes but also endowments, charities, and other institutional clients. You will also be seeking to expand therange of services provided to clients by leveraging the depth of Aon’s capability and be active in the market working with prospects and ultimately winning new business for Aon. Given the breadth of capability at Aon, you will be supported by a team of dedicatedclient-facing colleagues as well as expertise from our many specialist teams such as risk & modelling, investment manager research, asset allocation and more.
Your day-to-day focus will include:

- Building relationships with clients, to understand and solve the challenges they face both within their asset portfolio but also with a view to expanding the range of services provided to them by Aon
- Building relationships with non-Aon clients in the market and bringing new client opportunities to Aon including pitching for new business
- Driving business results through efficient delivery of client service and connecting and working with colleagues across Aon’s specialist teams
- Identifying opportunities to innovate and drive efficiency
- Developing junior colleagues into future consultants
- Promoting an inclusive culture across Aon
