Project Manager / Programme Manager required to join and manage a successful Team consisting of IT Project Managers, Business Analysts and Project Coordinators.

**This is a permanent role based in Ilford paying £55-65k. This is an office based role.**

Initial stages of employment will be aimed at supporting the company Director, but with a view to accelerating into a more predominant position within the company, becoming a key point of contact for external clients.

The role will entail managing a portfolio of concurrent project deliveries; commonly several large, several small and ongoing IT updates/deliveries. You should be confident in managing reporting aspects and presenting to a senior management level on a weeklyand monthly basis.

**The ability to support the Team is critical**and you should have previous experience of leading, training and staff development. Team Leader aspects will also encourage the skill development of Team members through mentoring and guidance.

The role will also require accurate capture of meeting minutes, actions and discussion points as well as an array of administration tasks to support project delivery.

**Technical knowledge of the full IT Software Development lifecycle is essential**, with clear understanding of software delivery methodologies.

Some elements of the role will include financial activities, requiring attention to detail and a high-level of organisation to ensure the project deliveries connect seamlessly with the finance elements.

Previous involvement in Retrospectives or Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) is essential to ensure continual improvement on both external and internal processes and project deliveries. Prince2, APM or similar Project Management certification is desired,but not essential.
