An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ICC Co-ordinator. The successful applicant will act as a patient pathway co-ordinator to the Inherited Cardiac Condition Service at the Liverpool Heart and Chest. This is a rapidly expanding service and will be suited to someone who likes a variety of duties.
The successful applicant will work as a pathway co-ordinator but will also be expected to type the clinical letters.
They should be extremely organised, and be able to manage multiple priorities/multi task. They should also be flexible and have a high level of resilience.
The role involves monitoring these patients all the way through their pathways, and priorities would include making their 1st appointment to monitoring the RTT caseload to ensure that patients complete the pathway in 18 weeks.
