**Role**:

- Research and prepare for customer presentations an internal communication of complex engineering solutions
- Business analysis of customer requirements and exposure to ongoing and new proposals
- Investigate reported field issues and contribute to root cause analysis
- Communicate design stakeholders, feature requests, roadmap adjustments and contribute to the improvement of the overall solution
- Work with Operations to understand the single point of contact to support processes and systems

**Requirements**:

- **Qualified to a minimum 2:1 degree in the field of Engineering, System Engineering, Physics or Computer Science**:

- **Full UK driving license**:

- **Previous CAD and/or computer programming experience would be an advantage**:

- **Excellent communication skills with a keen willingness to learn**:

- **Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
