Finance Assistant

Due to continued growth** **the position of** Finance Assistant - Shared Services **has become available to join our **dedicated team **based in **Maidenhead**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent finance professional looking to continue their career within a FTSE listed construction business with a track record of delivering high profile infrastructure projects. This is a critical role within the recently established R2R function that involves collecting, processing, and presenting accurate financial data. The role will have responsibility for the management of the debtors’ ledger for the main group companies, oversight of all company debtors’ ledgers and debtor reporting. The role includes exposure to project teams and other central finance functions, providing an excellent opportunity for a varied role with regular challenges. It provides the ability to work with a wide variety of teams from different functional backgrounds and the opportunity for continuous improvement.

This a hybrid role with 3 days required in the Maidenhead Office.

**Role Requirements**
- Demonstrated experience in a finance role
- AAT or equivalent experience
- Collaboration with stakeholders
- Working with Oracle Enterprise One, or similar ERP system desirable
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focused by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
