**Recruitment Coordinator - £27k to £30k base + Bonus
**35 Hours Per Week (some flexibility required)

**UK Staffing Group** is currently looking for a talented Internal Recruitment Coordinator to join their clients well established business. The company is in the education sector who aim to give their students the tools they need to enjoy learningand thrive academically.

**Job Role**

Working on several recruitment campaigns often simultaneously, specifically the co-ordination of graduate recruitment, apprenticeships, and government kickstart programme to support in becoming a graduate/ apprenticeship employer of choice.

**Responsibilities**

Prepare and finalise all job descriptions and job adverts to a high standard, working with line managers to ensure a full reflection of the role.

Be responsible for ensuring the corporate website and intranet is up to date regarding current vacancies.

Prepare and finalise all assessment criteria from telephone interviews, presentation assessments, assessment days, tests, and interview questions to a high standard.

Undertake fair and thorough analysis of salary benchmarking regarding newly required recruitment roles.

Attend interviews as and when required and to support management with all recruits.

Design and deliver key learning and development programs.

Work closely with the business to identify learning needs, finding solutions to those needs and delivering the right learning program.

Positively and proactively maintain and promote the ethos of the company’s mission and communicate relevant information and details of developments to team members and other associates.

Regularly update the HR Manager (or other relevant colleagues) of any concerns, issues and or developments, where appropriate and in a timely manner.

Be proactive and committed to an ongoing programme of professional self-development including but not limited to maintaining a working knowledge of all employment legislation, human resources/recruitment case law and best practice and specific HR policiesand procedures.

Produce, monitor, and review accurate records including statistical information as and when required.

Attend supervision, training, and meetings as and when required. There may be a necessity for these to be outside of normal working times and at weekends.

Be willing to travel within the UK on a regular basis.

Be flexible in terms of working hours to ensure business needs are met, this may on occasion involve working outside of contracted hours.
