**As part of the Team Leader role you will**:

- Responsibility to support the employment manager with overseeing the development and delivery of key activities and staff
- Line management responsibility and oversight over key staff and activities including our Training Team,
- Have oversight over Stakeholder and Employer Engagement Activity,
- Have oversight over Job Clubs, outreach and one to one support for people with sensory impairment.
- Have reporting responsibilities

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- Experience in managing projects
- Experience in working in a Employment Service
- Experience in supervising staff
- Experience in working with people with sensory impairment
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills
- BSL Level 3 or native signer

We are ideally looking for somebody with experience managing an Employment Service within Welfare to Work or voluntary sector and will ideally have experience working with people with sensory impairment.
