Tresham College in Kettering, has an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator, following a change of structure within the team.
As our HR Administrator known internally as a HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our colleges and it's students by supporting HR Managers and Advisors in the delivery of a high-quality, efficient, accurate and consistent HR service to all stakeholders.
The main focus of this role is to provide accurate guidance and administration, responding in a timely manner through all aspects of an employee's life cycle, for example:
- Variations to contract
- Family Leave
- Flexible Working
Ideal applicants will have experience of working as an Administrator and be interested in career in HR, alongside an ability build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, communicating confidently and professionally through all channels.
It is preferred, but **not essential** that applicants hold a relevant Level 3 qualification, as The Bedford College Group can support you to realise your potential, offering excellent professional development opportunities through our courses and Apprenticeship schemes, for which there are** no costs for employees**.
