**French Speaking Customer Management Representative required permanently, offering a flexible hybrid working model. A competitive salary of up to £31,000pa is available and the Company are ideally located close to major motorway, train, and metrolinks in Heald Green. It is essential to be fully conversant with SAP for this role and to have experience of exporting procedures for the EU and Worldwide. Previous experience within supply chain and manufacturing. This role within a well-established manufacturingbusiness is full time and can be immediately available. It is essential to be fully conversant in French to a business level.**
**What will you be doing as a French Speaking Customer Management Representative?**:
- Managing orders and processing in line with set policies and procedures
- Dealing with supply availability, customer queries and changes
- Managing relationships with international customer base
- Informing and updating customers regarding order progress
- Handling of complaints and all related activities
- Setting up new customers and bringing them on-board
- Developing relationships with stakeholders internal and external
- Proactively reviewing sales orders versus forecast for a reliable demand plan
- Dealing with customer enquiries within agreed timeframes
- Setting up new customers and bringing them on-board
- Working towards overall and team targets
- Following up on sample requests directly with customers
- Supporting sales, arranging weekly reviews for the market areas covered
**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:
- It is essential to be fully conversant in French to a business level
- It is essential that you are fully conversant with SAP and Salesforce ideally
- You will ideally have experience of exporting procedures for the EU and worldwide
- You must have experience within Supply Chain and Manufacturing
- Solid experience within Customer Service or Commercial/ International B2B environment
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written, gravitas and relationship building capabilities.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, within a pressured environment.
- Excellent IT skills are required for the role
