Looking for a videographer and editor to join our team
20-25 hours/week (part time, permanent)
Salary range - 16,000 - 20,000 as per fixed hours

And with that in mind, we need a go-getter to join our team who can help us achieve our goal to create high-impact, visually appealing content that helps customers understand our products and offerings better.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Video production**:Plan, shoot, and edit a variety of short form and long form product videos, creative reels with the team/influencers and develop promotional ads.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on social media trends, experimenting with new platforms and video formats to keep our online presence innovative.
- **Consistent Content Development**: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and is tailored to drive engagement.
- **Promotions and Management**: Promote the brand and our products/services by creating, editing, and posting engaging video content on multiple platforms, such as YouTube and social media channels.
- **Team player**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the creation of video scripts that align with our overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
- **Production and Management**: Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, and post-production editing.
- **Video Editor**: Expertise in video filming and editing software, such Adobe premiere pro or similar editing tools.
- **Open to commute for outdoor shoots**: Be available in office for pre-planned studio shoots and/or travel across cities in the UK and Ireland with the team based on filming requirements on site or events (all expenses during outdoor shoots will be covered by the organisation).
**Pre-requisite to apply**
- **2-4 years of experience** creating/developing product videos - **please include your portfolio along with your CV while applying.**:
- **Bachelor's degree** in filmmaking, media and communications, visual communications, marketing or other. **(Anyone without a degree but with relevant work experience is welcome to apply)**:
- **Technical proficiency** with cameras (cinema, phone camera) including frame rates, resolutions, and exposure adjustments.
- **Knowledge of additional equipment** for videography, such as gimbals, lenses, and external microphones.
- **Proficiency **in camera setup, calibration, and maintenance.
- **Can adapt and create content** in various filming environments.
- **Familiarity with the post-production workflow**, including file transfer, storage, and backup procedures.
- **Pro** in colour grading and editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut Pro.**:
- **Creative vision and team player -** Open to developing concepts/liaising with teams to come up with new short form and long form videos.
