Our client is currently recruiting for an exciting in-house Legal Counsel position for a large pharmaceutical company, working alongside the Group legal director and senior legal Counsel.
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial contracts (client and supplier), including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), standard terms of business and bespoke contracts, along with associated contracts such as data sharing agreements, quality/technicalagreements and providing support to the Senior Contracts Manager in connection with clinical development site contracts
- Assisting in understanding the legal implications of the commercial contracts they operate
- Advising and assisting the business on employment law issues
- Advising and assisting the Data Protection Officer in connection with data protection laws
- Advising and assisting relevant staff on legal matters relating to H&S
- Development and implementation of the Group anti-bribery programme, where required
- Development and implementation of other legal compliance programmes, where required
- Assisting on corporate governance matters, including maintaining Group company statutory registers and administering filings to Companies House (and as required in non-UK jurisdictions), where required

This is a permanent position with an excellent salary plus package. Also incudes option of hybrid working.
