MMP Consultancy are working with an excellent organisation to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to work on a temporary contract based in London.
Reporting to the Head of ER, the post holder will ensure the provision of professional customer-focused HR advice, coaching and solutions that support the business in the identification and management of workforce issues and change programmes. The Senior ERAdvisor will deliver a comprehensive, professional and high quality HR service to their nominated divisions/corporate area.
**Duties**:

- Work with HR&OD and divisional management teams to develop and influence their understanding of their key business priorities and delivery plans in relation to HR/Workforce/OD
- Provide complex HR advice to a range of internal stakeholders on all HR and workforce matters, including:

- Coaching and encouraging managers to consider a wide range of informal solutions in effectively and compassionately managing their staff.
- Provision of coaching, advice and support to line managers in their preparation of management statements of case for internal hearings and other complex correspondence with employees;
- Coach and assist managers in managing and reducing sickness absence in their areas and to contribute to greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness, ensuring that the Trust is working towards and maintaining bench marks for sickness absence as set by the TrustBoard.
- Processing change forms, amendment to contracts, maternity and paternity letters and running regular reports for absence data as necessary.
- To actively support the ER team in the development and revision of operational protocols and employment policies to ensure the Trust has appropriate policies and procedures that reflect current employment law and good practice.
- Work in partnership and build effective relationships with the wider HR&OD team to deliver a consistent service
