**JOB TITLE: Regulatory Crime Solicitor NQ - 3yrs PQE**
**HOURS: 37.5 hrs, Full Time, Permanent. Flexible, Hybrid.**
**SALARY: Negotiable on experience**
**LOCATION: Halifax**

**YOUR NEW COMPANY**:
This firm has been in business for over 150 years, operating nationwide. You will be joining This is a Legal 500 award winning medium to large size firm, but everyone in the business is recognised and has direct access to the MD. They are looking for a Regulator Crime Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE and are providing full training in this area of law.

**YOUR DAY TO DAY**:
You will receive training on criminal law, more specifically Motoring Law. Experience in this area of law is not essential but willingness to learn and develop in this practice area.
Training is also given for conducting court hearings.
Preparing and conducting cases in Magistrates court and crown court.
No legal aid work.
No out of hour police station visits or court work.
Some outside business hours work may be required but no a very irregular basis.
You will also be dealing with genera commercial regulator work.
Continuous data protection
Sports law.
Working with high quality clients with varied caseload.
Attend court an client meetings.
