Growing Up Green is a group of two nurseries situated in the Preston Park area of Brighton. We are an organic and environmentally sound nursery, which offers a warm and caring environment where children and staff can flourish.
- We are looking for an experienced, Level 2/3 Practitioner, who is used to working in an early years setting. You should have experience of leading a room or be prepared for the challenge of being a team lead.
- You must have excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted welfare requirements.

You will be required to demonstrate enthusiasm and creativity with regard to supporting children's learning.

You will be required to have a thorough knowledge of safeguarding requirements and procedures and you must have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with adults, parents and children.

You must have the ability to lead and supervise a team by being an exemplary role model and dynamic in your practice.

You will work within the setting’s policies and procedures including safeguarding, working with outside agencies and will be a supportive team member.

The nursery is pro-active in developing the potential of our staff through in-house and other training.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
