The role be working primarily on the growth and development of the ‘Fallow’ Youtube channel. Reporting to the Social Media Manager and Director, you will be responsible for supporting the production process from start to finish. Day to day you will be responsible for planning, idea generation, coordinating shoot days, uploading and scheduling content, and helping shoot and produce content. You will also be responsible for repurposing long form video for different digital platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).

This is an exciting opportunity to help grow an emerging channel with opportunities for compelling trips away, working with some of the best talent in the British culinary world and joining a team in one of the best and most exciting restaurants in the UK.

**Role Responsibility**
- Producing and managing content for digital video channels.
- Idea generation.
- Developing long term and short term strategy for channel growth.
- Acting as a liaison between talent and production team.
- Ensuring timely delivery of assets and milestones.
- Working with internal talent as well as with the outsourcers.
- Coordinating shoot days with external contributors.
- Coordinating uploads of content and promotional videos with the wider social team.
- Preparing and overseeing schedules.
- General Channel management.
- Monitor and analyse YouTube Studio analytics daily and identify trends over time.
- Keep up to date on YouTube's algorithm and what kind of content, metadata and scheduling works best on the platform.
- Run experiments based on theories and share results/ learnings/ strategic updates with broader team.

**About You**
- A genuine passion for food based digital video, especially long-form YouTube content.
- Experience in digital platform channel management.
- Exceptionally strong idea generation, with emphasis on contemporary digital video trends.
- The ability to meet deadlines.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- An understanding of both technical and creative processes of digital video production.
- Keen organisational skills.
- Hands on video production experience (shooting/ editing) desirable.
- Proficiency in Adobe suites (Premiere, Photoshop) desirable.
- Confidence to support a team in order to get the best results for a project.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- High competence in organisation, troubleshooting, planning and risk management.
- Positive and constructive attitude.
- Experience using project management tools and task tracking tools.
- Ability to coordinate many projects at the same time.
- Assertiveness and down-to-earth approach when needed.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year
