**18 month FTC**
**London - North Woolwich (site-based, Tuesday to Saturday)**
**Up to £35,000 basic salary plus £10,000 OTE bonus (paid quarterly)**
Hyde is looking to recruit a New Homes Sales Consultant.
Hyde is one of the UK’s leading and award-winning providers of affordable homes in London, the South-East and surrounding areas. We provide and manage 50,000 homes to over 100,000 customers. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will undertake the marketing and subsequent sale of shared ownership housing activities by delivering an exceptional, proactive and tailored customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all homes are sold within the agreed marketing period.
- Set up, coordinate and attend viewings.
- Closely monitor the progress of sale and take action as necessary to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Provide competitor analysis reports and any other reporting information that may be required.
- Prepare and distribute accurate pre-sale price lists within the agreed timeframe set out for approval by the Sales Manager.
- Identify and resolve problems on purchases, advising buyers and solicitors accordingly.
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Property Sales experience as a Sales Executive, Consultant or Negotiator.
- New Homes experience desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work 9am-5pm Tuesday to Saturday (guaranteed Sundays and Mondays off)
