Wade Macdonald are delighted to be exclusively partnering Zetica with their search to find a talented Financial Controller.
Zetica are a fast growth, dynamic and innovative market leading business who offer comprehensive site and infrastructure assessment on a global scale.

**The Role**
The role of Financial Controller will have full overview of the finance function of the business, as well as people management of a small and capable team. The position will incorporate commercial and technical accounting and will be key in relation to strategyand decision making.
Key role functions:
- Finance Business Partnering to senior internal stakeholders.
- Develop and control the company's annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are met and financial and statutory regulations complied with.
- Direct and control finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and ensure their ongoing development to carry out their responsibilities with the required consistency to enable trustworthy reporting on data.
- Preparation of management accounts.
- Report on all project financials, for both the commercial and development side of the company.
- Provide financial information regarding departmental performance, budget measures and capital expenditure.
- Provide curated financial advice and guidance to the company's managers and staff to enable them to achieve their objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of the company's financial accounts to ensure that these are presented accurately and on time for audit.
- Develop and implement an internal audit programme to ensure that the company complies with financial procedures and regulations.
- Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company.
- Report on cost behaviour within the company
**What will you need to be successful?**
Qualified Accountant.
Exposure to people management and ownership of a finance function within a fast-growing Company environment.
Strong Business Partnering capability to internal and external senior stakeholders.
